WoT-style crosshair customization

This mod changes the default crosshair customization and makes it more similar to that in WoT.
(WG) Changed:
They may display incorrectly in the crosshair setup menu, but they are fine in-game.
● Three crosshairs with slight differences in the camera marker and different gun markers;
● The aiming circle is now solid.

(Lesta) Available for customization:
● Gun marker (dot, A-frame, crosshair);
● 6 types of camera markers;
● The center of the crosshair, which can be changed in the background style menu.

In addition to customization, the crosshairs also change:
• The thickness of the solid aiming circle (it becomes thinner);
• The color for all aiming circles;
• The sight textures for tanks with mechanical parts and a tungsten core;
• Position and color of the reloading rangefinder.
