[Lesta only] WOT-style scope customization

The mod modifies the standard customization of the scope and makes it closer to the one found in World Of Tanks.
Available for customization:
● Gun marker (dot, A—shape, crosshair);
● 6 kinds of camera markers;
● The middle of the scope, which changes in the background style menu.

In addition to customization, the sights change:
• The thickness of the solid information circle (it gets thinner);
• Color for all circles information;
• Sight textures for tanks with mechanics and tungsten core;
• The position and color of the over-charged rangefinder.
