Penetration decals from WoT/MT

This modification replaces penetration, ricochet, and non-penetration marks in WoT Blitz and Tanks Blitz with HD versions from WoT/MT.

🔧 What’s changed:
The standard 256×256 damage textures (penetration, ricochet, non-penetration) have been replaced with 1024×1024 HD versions.
The textures were taken from the World of Tanks and World of Tanks clients.
