[Lesta only] Remodeling of IS-7 CL «Rhyolite»

This mod replaces the standard IS-7 Strizh tank with an IS-7 Strizh with the “Rhyolite” 3D style from WoT.
Penetration zones may occasionally be inaccurate, but this is rarely noticeable.

✅ A modified tank model, but with standard tracks;
❌ No support for standard game attachments;
✅ Transparent visual elements of the tank in the sight so you can see penetration zones:
✅ A mud, snow, and sand mask is present on the tank;
❌ No camouflage mask is present on the tank.
