[Lesta only] Hangar Mark Progress Tracking

The mod displays in the hangar information about the progress of the mark from the tank statistics window

The statistics panel is located under the tank carousel:
• on the left side: the number of marks on the tank; average damage over the last 100 battles; the required amount of damage for the next stage of the mark.
• on the right side: name, nation, type, level, rank of the selected tank; number of medals of the selected tank.
