Blitz Fonts is a handy utility for installing and previewing custom fonts in (World of) Tanks Blitz. It allows you to select a region, automatically find the game folder, apply font sets and restore original files.

PC: Unzip the archive, move the Data folder to the game directory with a replacement
Android: Using the ForBlitz application, click the "Install" button
