Base capture indicator from old WoT

This modification reworks the base capture lane in the style of BB 0.7.4 (the patch in which Encounter battles were introduced). Additionally: 1) The progress of the capture is always shown (for example, in Supremacy, in Encounter battles when players of both teams are at the base) 2) Glow animation when captured by both teamsPC only. Do not try to install a mod for Android even when ui mods are working – the game will crash in battle.

Improved tank panel

Improves the tank panel:1) Adds a copyable list of tanks at the top of the screen when the filter panel is expanded2) Removes the buttons for buying slots and restoring tanks from the carousel [Idea from Volkenstein S.S.]3) Removes the tank special offer from the carousel4) Makes the tank panel two-level. It should not slow down with a large number of tanks, but in the opposite case, use the filter [Implementation from Endg4me_]5) Adds statistics display for the selected tank to the filter panel [Idea from Endg4me_]6) Adds the ability to select a random tank based on the filter [Implementation from Endg4me_]
