Base capture indicator from old WoT

This modification reworks the base capture lane in the style of BB 0.7.4 (the patch in which Encounter battles were introduced). Additionally:
1) The progress of the capture is always shown (for example, in Supremacy, in Encounter battles when players of both teams are at the base)
2) Glow animation when captured by both teams
PC only. Do not try to install a mod for Android even when ui mods are working – the game will crash in battle.
