I downloaded the hd textures, then tried the old sound mod, but for some reason I can't find the Wot blitz file to put the mod in, there's tutorials to access the file but its full Russian

First of all i dont know how to use it on my Samsung A23. Its very complicated, at least put a tutorial of some sort. How do i allow access to games folder, i keep on pressing a folder to download but doesnt work, someone help
